There are more than 30 Army careers to choose from, from apprenticeships to careers supporting Army operations to combat and specialist roles such as fire-fighting and education.
View the complete list of Careers at a Glance to see if you've got what it takes to apply for a career in the Army. You'll find information on what's involved, application requirements, where you'll train, what qualifications you'll receive and where you could be posted throughout your career.
When you've chosen a career, you can Apply Online (don't forget to read our list of 10 Things You Need to Know Before You Apply, just to make sure you're ready). If you wish, you can also contact your nearest Recruiting Office to discuss your options.
You should also check out our Practice Tests for soldier careers and have a look at our Fitness Planner to make sure you're in shape. You can either print this off or visit a Recruiting Office and ask for a copy.
